Lovely little shop with friendly and approachable staff. A wide variety of ingredients for all your practices. Everything is well displayed and easy to find. The selection of crystals and incense was excellent.

I gave the store 2 stars last time I went because i had a bad service experience. Like I said in that review, I would go back and see if it is a regular thing or just an unfortunate event. This time, I was greeted and the service was up to par, which is great! I did buy two items and they are of great quality (as seen bollow) for a fair price. Overall, a great place with great people. I still have to take a star off because of my first experience and cannot guarantee the same service for other people considering those events, but thank you for being respectful even if I left a bad review :)

I thought I had a nice experience when I went but found out later they literally sold me a 3$ necklace from Ebay(The exact same) for 30$!!! Scammers is what they are! Do no go there!

Staff is informative & friendly but only if you inquire, they’re also falsely advertising some jewelry as silver (I bought two pieces that I had no reason to believe we’re actually made of brass(they advertised it as silver), and after few days of wearing the jewelry it turned into some brownish metal. There was no refund offered to me when I went back to let them know about it. I had way higher expectations being that it’s one of the few stores in the neighborhood, & i love crystals & would have gladly remained a returning customer should they have honesty and authentic products. Witchcraft is already under enough scrutiny in todays society & now people have further reasons to doubt its presence in any industry. this is a huge let down for me personally. But alas it is not my business, so life goes on.. it’s just a shame, isn’t it?

I really love this store. Just the look and the decor has that Harry potter felling to it and the place feels warm and peaceful, Don't get me wrong, this store sells powerful tools of expansion so everything has to be taken with respect. The staff are always nice and helpful when I ask them questions and I don't feel like I am ever getting rushed. For any person wanting to get any metaphysical related tools this is a store I strongly recommend.

I like this store, employees are nice & helpful. Because of Covid you have to wait outside (max 3 people in). Wait times can be long and some people have a tendency of browsing for a long time while others wait outside. I suggest looking online for the products you want before entering the store so you don’t hold up the line & give other people a chance to get in. I had the issue of parking time almost running out because I did not anticipate wait time. Or perhaps buying online & ordering is a great option :) So many great products!
